Fishy Business
0We at iVenus are all a-twitter about the latest beauty must-do; the fish pedicure. While Ugly Betty fans may have recoiled in horror at the sight of Wilhelmina Slater plunging her feet into a basin of ravenous marine life, now Irish women have a the chance to do the same. Whether they will want to or not remains to be seen.
Originating in Turkey, the fish pedicure involves tiny Garra Rufa fish - or wait for it - Doctor fish - nibbling away at the dead skin, bacteria and calluses that call our feet home. But before you lose your lunch entirely, the fish have no teeth, instead running their suction cup mouths across your pinkies. For the curious and/or sadistic among you, this truly unique experience can be found at Margarita Beauty Salon in Sutton.
We are booking our appointment now.
