Mel B is selling her Los Angeles home for $3.45 million.

The former Spice Girl has decided to put the lavish property, which is located in the Tarzana district of the city, on the market.

The 8,200 square foot estate boasts five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a private gym, a home cinema, a swimming pool and a recording studio. It also has "5-star resort-like grounds" and an outdoor living area complete with a chandeliered dining room, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor living room.

The ‘Mel B: It’s a Scary World’ star bought the house – which has been listed with Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills South - for $3.2 million in 2009. Mel shares the property with her husband Stephen Belafonte and their four-month-old baby Madison and her two daughters, Phoenix, 12, and Angel, four, from previous relationships.

The ‘Wannabe’ singer has lived in Los Angeles for eight years but recently admitted she would consider returning to her native UK if she was offered a good career opportunity.

She said: “I love the UK. If I thought there was a good enough job offer, then of course I'd come back. But, you know, I love the UK, I love visiting - I was born and bred in Leeds. But I've been living in the States for eight years now."

Kelly Rowland has revealed she couldn’t stop staring at Beyonce Knowles’ “beautiful” baby the first time she met her.

The singer and Michelle Williams went to visit their former Destiny’s Child bandmate and her newborn daughter Blue Ivy last week and Kelly can’t stop gushing over her friend’s tot.

When asked about the baby, the ‘Down for Whatever’ hitmaker said: “She's absolutely beautiful! And I say that with such a huge grin! I'm so excited for her (Beyonce) … I just stared at her.”

Speaking at the Hpnotiq Harmonie and Live Louder 2012 Kickoff cocktail party at the W hotel in Hollywood last night (24.01.12), she revealed: “We all just stared at her (Blue Ivy). She is so beautiful."

Kelly, 30, is remaining tight-lipped on what gift she bought for Blue Ivy, but she insists it was a very fashionable present.

When quizzed on what present she gave the baby, she laughed: “That's between me and Blue. But you best believe her auntie will have her dressed to impress."

Khloe Kardashian is getting her own radio show.

The socialite is going to be the host of new programme ‘The Mix Up with Khloe Kardashian Odom’ which will be broadcast every day on Dallas station MIX 102.9, which is part of Clear Channel Media.

Khloe recently relocated to the Texan city after her basketball player husband Lamar Odom signed with NBA team the Dallas Mavericks. The show starts on January 30 and will be a “one-hour, commercial-free show where Khloe will take requests, chat with her celebrity friends, and more during the Mavericks' season while she's in Dallas with her husband Lamar Odom”.

MIX 102.9 programme director Jay Michaels described the 27-year-old brunette’s arrival as "a new era where our on-air talent is also an international star”.

Khloe – whose famous sisters are Kim and Kourtney Kardashian – previously hosted a radio show on Miami's Y100station called ‘Khloe After Dark’.

She is also starring in a new reality TV show entitled ‘Khloe and Lamar’ which will follow the couple’s move from Los Angeles to Dallas.

Kelly Osbourne can't stop crying over her "pride" in her brother.

The 'Fashion Police' host is overwhelmed by how Jack Osbourne - who previously battled addiction to drugs - has turned his life around and is now planning to marry and is expecting his first daughter with fiancee Lisa Stelly.

Kelly recently revealed she can't wait to look after Jack and Lisa's baby.

She said: "Oh, I have already told him, 'I know it's your baby but it's really my baby so whenever you want a night off, let me know!' "

Chris Hemsworth has "put the brakes on" his pregnant wife's adventurous side.

The 'Thor' actor and spouse Elsa Pataky are expecting their first child together and the 35-year-old actress admits she is finding it hard to be less active and take fewer risks.

She said: "I'm pregnant and I say, 'But I can't go surfing? Are you sure I can't go horseriding or on the motorbike?' I've always been like that. I like risk. I realise it's nuts, but it goes through my head.

"My mother holds her head in her hands, then she makes me see sense. My husband too. He puts the brakes on and the worst thing is I have to listen." The 'Fast and Furious 5' actress also revealed she is less strict with her diet now she is pregnant and has been craving a lot of junk food.

She told Britain's HELLO! magazine: "I don't like the healthy food I used to love. "Now all I want is sweet things, rubbish like hamburgers, chips – all the stuff I never used to touch.

"I try not to go over the top because I need to look after myself for my work. I'm always doing things related to my image. But I do treat myself. I'm not as strict as before.

"I never used to eat popcorn. Not even in the cinema. Now I eat it all the time! I've always had a sweet tooth but now I indulge it a bit more. Before I'd have a rice cake for breakfast. Now I have a muffin."
