Tameka Foster is locked in a complicated legal battle with the 'OMG' singer, and is worried he could sell the Georgia mansion where she is living.

A clause in the couple's divorce settlement allows Usher to sell the property in the US at any time as long as he gives her 60 days notice, and sources tell TMZ.com she fears he will soon do just that, leaving her with mounting legal bills and nowhere to live.

Tameka has reportedly asked that she get a permanent home for her and their children, Usher, four, and Naviyd, three, but he has reportedly refused as he believes he has already paid her enough.

At the beginning of this month, the couple were ordered to work out their differences and come to an agreement over custody of their children, a sticking point in their divorce proceedings.

Usher, 33, and Tameka, 40, filed for divorce in June 2009 after almost two years of marriage. She later filed court documents in Georgia asking the singer to be stripped of joint physical custody of their sons.

The black and white picture - which was taken in 1990 and depicts the singer lying on a bed while smoking a cigarette and partially covered by a sheet - was bought by an unnamed collector for $23,750, three times its estimated worth.

Judith Eurich from Bonhams, the New York saleroom which sold the picture, said: "It is an absolutely stunning image and it is just a beautiful tone of grey. It is not just black and white it is grey and silvery.

"Madonna was posing for a number of photographers at the time this was taken in the 1990s when she was in her early 30s. "She was going through a phase of having bleach blonde hair and heavy dark eye make-up that gave her a dramatic look - and of course she has a gorgeous body.

"She is a very healthy person and I'd imagine the cigarette is just a prop to make her look sexy and sultry." The 21.5 inch by 19 inch picture was originally bought by the vendor from a New York gallery. The photograph was taken by Steven Meisel - who worked on Madonna's 'Sex' book - and was signed and annotated "ed no.1".

Chris Hemsworth is finding parenthood tiring.

The 'Snow White and the Huntsman' actor and his wife Elsa Pataky welcomed daughter India into the world on Friday (11.05.12) and he admits he is already experiencing an impact on his sleeping habits. He said: "I'm very tired, yeah. People keep telling me to get some sleep but it's hard."

The pop singers will join Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid on the panel of the US version of the TV talent show as replacements for Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul, it was announced at Fox's Upfront Presentation at the Beacon Theatre in New York today (14.05.12).

Following speculation that the song is aimed at Rihanna, Chris tweeted: "Assumptions! I didn't say any names so if u took offense to it then its something you feel guilty about. (sic)". Reese Witherspoon's mother is suing her father for bigamy.

The 'This Means War' actress's mother Betty Witherspoon has reportedly filed a lawsuit against John Witherspoon after accusing him of still being married to her when he tied the knot to Tricianne Taylor in January, despite Betty and John being separated since 1996.

In the lawsuit obtained by USA Toda, Betty, 60, insists she is still in love with her 70-year-old husband and she believes he is suffering from early-onset dementia and fears for his safety as a result. Betty – who is also seeking to have John and Tricianne's marriage annulled – says in the affidavit: "When I confronted my husband, he said he didn't know who Tricianne Taylor was and that he did not remember getting married. I also fear for my husband's personal safety and the safety of my family."

Reese's mother has also been awarded a restraining order against Tricianne, and she has asked the court to make sure Ms. Taylor returns any vehicles, jewellery or other property she has acquired since she got married to John.

The order states: "You are hereby enjoined and restrained from using or attempting to use the last name Witherspoon for any purpose."

The 'Toxic' hitmaker has reportedly penned a $15 million deal to be a judge on the talent show alongside Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid after months of negotiations. A source close to the 30-year-old singer told E!: "The contract is signed. There's been a lot of back and forth over the past few weeks as they negotiated the small details, but she's on. It's all completed and Britney is beyond excited."

The blonde beauty's appointment comes after Simon fired former panellists Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, as well as host Steve Jones, earlier this year following the end of the show's inaugural season.

The 'Marry The Night' hitmaker is due to star in forthcoming episode 'Lisa Goes Gaga' – which will be aired on May 20 on Fox in the US - of the popular cartoon comedy series, which will see her change into 18 outfits during the show and even embrace Marge Simpson.

The episode sees Gaga arrive in the Simpsons' hometown of Springfield aboard the Gaga Express train, and the 'Born This Way' hitmaker sets about trying to boost Lisa Simpson's spirits after the character becomes a social outcast. The 26-year-old singer has previously described starring in an episode of 'The Simpsons' as the "coolest" thing she has "ever done".

She said: "I make music, but I don't do voice-overs every day of the week, and their characters are so awesomely convincing and sincere and wild and funny, I had to remind myself constantly of the sincerity of the humuor.

Yesterday (08.05.12), a second man filed also filed a lawsuit claiming the actor tried to grab his #### during a massage session on January 28 in Atlanta, Georgia but John's attorney Marty Singer has denied both claims.

However, Okorie Okorocha, the lawyer representing both alleged victims - who are each seeking $2 million in damages - claims there are over 100 other men prepared to come forward with similar stories about the 'Hairspray' star. He told RadarOnline.com: "By the time this case is over Marty Singer will have to accuse more than 100 men of lying because I have been contacted by people, mostly men, that have first hand

information about similar behavior on John Travolta's part to that contained in the lawsuits I have already filed against him. I have witnesses and the potential for more accusers in virtually every state of the union who have called me. I'm currently in the process of investigating their claims and verifying the information before possible further action is taken."

In response to Mr. Singer who said he will take legal action - not only against the claimant, but also the claimant's lawyer - for malicious prosecution, Okorie said: "If Marty Singer thinks he can sue me on the validity of Mr. Travolta's denials, and if he wants to file the lawsuit now, I will give him a waiver allowing him to proceed with it at this stage of the case, even though under California law he has to wait until he wins the case, and that absolutely won't be happening. It will never happen, he won't win, so we might as well get it over with now. Bring it on."

Beastie Boys musician Adam "Ad-Rock" Horovitz has paid tribute to his late bandmate Adam Yauch following his death.

The 45-year-old star praised the hip-hop group's fans, family and friends for all the "love and support" they have shown to the 47-year-old rapper, also known as MCA, since he passed away on Friday (04.05.12) after battling cancer in his parotid gland and a lymph node since 2009.

In a post on the band's blog last night (06.05.12), Ad-Rock wrote: "as you can imagine, s**t is just fkd up right now. but i wanna say thank you to all our friends and family (which are kinda one in the same) for all the love and support. i’m glad to know that all the love that Yauch has put out into the world is coming right back at him. thank you. A number of stars have paid tribute to MCA – who founded the group with Kate Schellenbach, John Berry, and Michael Diamond (Mike D) in 1979 with Berry leaving in 1983 to be replaced by Ad-Rock - including Madonna, who took to her Facebook page to express her sadness about his passing.

Britain's Prince Harry wants to become a reggae music DJ, according to his friends.

The 27-year-old royal has been inspired to get behind the decks and play music from the genre ever since he visited Jamaica in March and met Rita Marley, the widow of music legend Bob Marley, who died in May 1981.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “Harry has always been interested in music, but Jamaica was a real eye opener. He started looking into reggae as soon as he got back to the UK. “Meeting Rita Marley was a great inspiration too. She seems to have had a big impact on him.”

The 31-year-old singer – who had been dating fiancé Eric Johnson for six months when she became pregnant – gave birth to the 9lb 18 oz baby this morning (01.05.12) and the couple have given her the full moniker Maxwell Drew Johnson.

"How could sushi damage Charlie Sheen's reputation? We thought dedicating a room to dine in his honour would help repair and elevate his image. He should have called us up and thanked us."

The company have now compiled with the request in a"ritual" removing of Charlie's image. Sam added: "We have now removed his name, he wasn't doing big business for us anyway. We had a little ritual and threw his image in garbage - a celebration of Charlie Sheen being dumped."

Charlie's lawyer confirmed the actor had sought to take action against the club. Marty Singer said: "We sent a cease-and-desist letter and they complied. This matter has nothing to do with Sheen's reputation. You can't use any celebrity name to promote a business without permission. They had no right to use his name."

Programme stars Khloe Kardashian and her husband Lamar Odomhave reportedly decided against continuing with their spin-off reality show because the basketball player - who left the Dallas Mavericks earlier this month - wants to focus on getting his career back on track, sources told gossip website TMZ.

Lamar is currently listed as inactive by the Mavericks butis hoping for a trade at the end of the season, so the couple are returning to Los Angeles, where the sportsman plans to concentrate on getting back to full fitness. Insiders say Khloe and Lamar will make"occasional" appearances on her family's main programme, 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' but will otherwise stay off camera for the forseeable future.

It was recently revealed that Khloe and her family - including mother Kris Jenner and sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian - had signed a three-year deal for more series of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' worth $40 million.

While Kris, her husband Bruce Jenner and her three eldest daughters are to be paid equally, her son Rob and youngest children Kendall and Kylie will get a smaller share of the money. It is believed that the deal is the richest deal ever in reality TV and does not include any of the family's spin-off shows.

Scarlett Johansson is "surprised" at how rude people can be.

The 27-year-old actress - who was previously married to Ryan Reynolds - admits she is sometimes shocked when fans put a camera in her face when she is trying to enjoy a private moment and believes being famous can bring out the worst in those around her.

She said: "I'm constantly surprised by how rude people are. You'll be having an intimate dinner with a friend and there's somebody onthe table behind with a camera phone pointing at your face. I think, 'I would never take a photo of someone without asking.'

"I'm not traumatized by it but I find it can bring outthe worst in humanity sometimes." Katie Price is engaged to Leandro Penna.

The 33-year-old beauty – who has been married twice before; to Peter Andre and Alex Reid and has three children Harvey, nine, Junior, six and Princess, four – is set to wed Argentinean hunk Leandro Penna after he proposed to her while they were on a recent holiday.

A spokesperson confirmed: “It’s true – they are engaged. Leandro proposed to Katie while they were away skiing recently and she said yes.

"It's a bit like a Working Men's Club. Perhaps I should take up dominoes." However, Tom did admit he keeps a bottle of Sailor Jerry rum with him on the tour bus but said the whole band still panic if they lose the TV remote on the bus.

He added: "The remote control is the most important thing on the bus. If that gets lost everyone s**ts it. I just watched 'Fargo' this morning – bit of an intense film for that time of day.

We've got satellite TV on the bus so we can watch football on the Fox Soccer channel."

Alex Reid has reportedly called off his wedding to Chantelle Houghton.

The 36-year-old cage fighter – who was previously married to Katie Price – no longer wants to walk down the aisle with his partner, who is currently pregnant, because he is concerned about how much her friends have been interfering with their life together.

A source told The Sun: “Alex told a pal, ‘I’ve told Chantelle I’m not marrying her when things are like this.

“Friends keep pushing her to say things about us that aren’t true and keep poking their noses into our lives no matter how much it hurts me.’ ”

However, Alex has indicated on twitter the pair are still together. In response to a fan tweet, he said: “who evers the source who said Ive called the wedding off,please step forward?Not very nice& how do u think Chantelle will feel?(sic)”

The development comes just a day after his ex Katie Price announced she was engaged to marry for the third time to Argentinean hunk Leandro Penna.

Plan B advises parents to try drugs in order to teach their kids about them.

The singer-and-rapper - who has previously admitted to once smoking heroin but not enjoying it - thinks the best way to educate children about the dangers of drug use is to talk about it from an experienced perspective.

He said: "One way of educating yourself about drugs is doing them. It's true! You wanna learn about warn your kids off, smoke a spliff, experience it!

"It's unhealthy to reject all drugs. They're in our society, commonly used, you need to understand them to protect your kids from them."

Plan B - real name Ben Drew - was exposed to drugs from an early age growing up in the rough Forest Gate area of East London, where he remembers drug addicted prostitutes who looked "like diseased zombies" who would ask his mother for money.

In an interview with Q magazine, the 'Ill Manors' rapper recalled: "I'd go, 'Mum, what was wrong with that person?' and she'd go, 'That's a drug addict, that's why you should never do drugs.' So I had an understanding."

Khloe Kardashian knew Lamar Odom was her ideal man after just three days with him.

The 27-year-old reality TV star married the basketball player in 2009 just 30 days after the couple started dating, and she was confident their relationship would last despite being surprised that her nuptials came around so quickly.

Although very little is known about the plot of the film, it sees Bond pitted against bad guy Silva, played by Javier Bardem, who was very happy with the role director Sam Mendes has given him to play.

Javier said: "The material is great and the story very powerful and complex. Sam gave me a version of Silva and I was like, 'Hmmm, that's very interesting, this is gonna be fun.' As I say, there is meat to chew."

Wiz Khalifa escaped with just a caution when police found him in possession of marijuana.

The 'Black and Yellow' rapper was in his hotel room in Nashville over the weekend when officers turned up at his door after a fellow guest had complained about a strong smell of cannabis.

According to gossip website TMZ.com, Wiz - real name Cameron Jibril Thomaz - threw a "marijuana cigarette" out of the window before letting the police in. However, officers recovered the item from outside, and said in their report: "Inside the rolling paper was a green leafy substance consistent with marijuana."

Wiz - who is engaged to model Amber Rose - later admitted to owning the joint and confessed to having another 3.7g of marijuana in his pocket. The 'Work Hard, Play Hard' hitmaker - who is very open about his cannabis use - was then given a citation.

Wiz has been arrested before for drug use but he says he's not ashamed of the fact he uses marijuana and has previously said he wants it to be legalised.

He has said: "I thought weed was bad for a minute. When I was younger, I thought it was bad, but I got to a point where it worked for me. It don't work for everybody else. People gotta stay free, people need jobs, people got parents that probably wouldn't be with it, so don't ruin your life trying to be like me. That's my advice."

Jack Osbourne's fiancé Lisa Stelly has given birth to a baby girl.

Weighing in at 8lbs 6oz, the little one has been named Pearl by her proud parents, according to Hello! magazine.

The couple - who announced their engagement last September after a four-month romance - were expecting their first-born to arrive last Wednesday (20.04.12). Taking to twitter on Tuesday night (19.04.12), Jack said: "Well @lisamarstelly is supposed to give birth to our baby tomorrow. Fingers crossed."

But by Friday (22.04.12) there was still no progress when Lisa tweeted: "Still pregnant. Apparently I made too lovely of a home int here! #overit #comeonbaby. (sic)" Jack's sister Kelly was just as eager to meet her niece, and already has plans for girlie shopping trips.

One Direction are set to be immortalised in toy form.

The 'What Makes You Beautiful' group - who were put together by music mogul Simon Cowell on the 2010 series of the UK version of 'The X Factor' - have teamed up with toy maker Hasbro to launch a One Direction line of dolls and games.

A nude picture of Madonna is expected to sell for thousands at auction.

The photograph was taken for but never used in the singer's controversial 1992 book 'Sex' - in which she posed for a series of X-rated photographs - and will go under the hammer at Bonhams' auction house in New York next month for an expected £5,000.

The snap, taken by photographer Steven Meisel, shows a topless 32-year-old Madonna reclining in bed while smoking a cigarette. The sale will come as a blow to the 53-year-old pop superstar who has previously claimed she has never been able to put the erotic tome behind her.

She said: "I hope that's not the only thing that I'm identified with - taking my clothes off. I have done other things. There's a lot more to Madonna than taking your clothes off." However, she has also defended the book as a part of her "development" as an artist.

The 'Mean Girls' star has been confirmed to play the late actress in lifetime movie 'Liz & Dick' - based on the true story of Elizabeth's tempestuous romance with actor Richard Burton - and the blonde beauty insists she has "enormous respect" for the iconic star's life and work.

Russell Brand believes drugs should be decriminalised.

The 36-year-old actor – who is himself a recovered heroin addict – has told a panel of British Members of Parliament reviewing the government’s drugs strategy that many people who take drugs consider the law as an “inconvenience” and an alternative approach to an outright ban should be taken.

He said: “A good number of times I was arrested was simply for possession and the administrative costs of that would be better spent, I think, on education and addressing the costs of treatment.

I think that would be a very, very sensible use of those redirected funds. "I'm not a legal expert, but I'm saying that to a drug addict, the legal status is irrelevant. It is at best an inconvenience.

If you need to get drugs because you're a drug addict, you're going to get drugs regardless of their legal status so the more money you waste in administering and controlling that ... I think there's a futility to it.”

Russell – who turned up to the London review in a black hat and torn jeans – added some people take drugs in a safe environment and believes an open and honest debate is the way forward.

He said: "I think some people can safely take drugs, I think they can … As long as it doesn't turn them into criminals, or harm their health, then I don't feel as if it's any of my business.

"Let's have an authoritative, truthful, honest debate and some funding for abstinence-based recovery."

Dannii Minogue’s ex-boyfriend Kris Smith is taking their split “one day at a time”.

The Kardashian family have signed a $40 million deal for three more seasons of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’.

The relatives – made up of Kris Jenner, Bruce Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and Rob Kardashian, as well as husbands, partners and younger siblings – have solidified a deal with the E! network for more instalments of the series, which is the biggest deal ever in reality TV, according to TMZ.com.

The seventh season of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ is due to begin on May 20. The deal reportedly does not include all of the associated products and brands which comes with the family.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney – who began appearing on E! in 2007 - are believed to be making some shows in the UK this summer.

A source said: "The family really feel that they've conquered reality TV in America with a number of different shows and spin offs, so the UK is the next country they want to break.

"The Kardashians love England and think they could get up to a lot of fun - and trouble - with a summer in London. It would make great TV as well as boosting their profile internationally."

Jessica Simpson has been dreaming of giving birth in a leopard-print caftan.

Jason Segal was "forced" to lose weight for his new movie.

The funnyman actor stars alongside Emily Blunt in his latest film 'The Five-Year Engagement' but was told by bosses he should shift at least 35lbs as they wanted the film to be as realistic as possible. He told talk show host David Letterman: "I was forced to lose weight for this movie. It was by the studio president!
